Elements Massage - Simi Valley

I'm a member of Elements Massage and I have to say this is one of my favorite locations!

I experienced my first massage here at Elements Simi Valley in August 2023. What I love most about being a member at Elements is that unlike the foot massage or reflexology places you can find on pretty much every corner (especially in California), you can go to any Elements location in the U.S. and expect to receive what's known as "The Elements Way."

Because I travel for work, I'm in a different city every month, I love knowing I can get a massage every month that's tailored to my specific needs. And that bring me back to "The Elements Way" which was created with one goal in mind: "to give the client, the best and most personalized massage ever."

From the moment I book my massage at an Elements, I know I will be "matched with a therapist whose skill set will deliver the massage" based on my needs and areas of focus. People who know me know that I live an active lifestyle which includes hobbies like training in jiu jitsu, strength training, and hiking. Incorporating massages into my life isn't a luxury, it's a necessity for recovery and healing.

And that's the best part about becoming a member of the Elements "Wellness Program." I look forward to getting at least one self care day every month. The memberships are month-to-month, with no long-term commitment.

What I love most about the Simi Valley Elements location are the front desk team, manager and team of therapists. Everyone is always so warm and welcoming as soon as I step foot into the location. They decorate for holidays and I can just tell everyone loves working here.

I was matched with therapist Mireya who specializes in deep tissue, sports, and cupping. They have over 2 dozen therapists here so there's a really good chance you'll be matched with a therapist to fit your exact needs - every type of massage from deep tissue, Swedish, sports, trigger point, and stretch to prenatal and even couples massage! They have a couples room is perfect for you & a significant other or friend! Anddddd - you can even add on special treatments like aromaritual, Himalayan salt stone, CBD and cupping.

I recommend booking your sessions as far out in advance because they're always booked out especially during the holidays - they have the best therapists in the area, so see for yourself!

I paid $89 for my massage as a first timer. I enjoyed the easiness of booking an appointment online and the variety of masseuses and their experiences that were available to me. I went with Sarah as she had about 2 decades worth of experience and has done work with trigger points before. I needed some work on my lower sciatic nerve. She treated me so well and asked what I was comfortable with. I especially loved that she offered some work-friendly stretches to help with the pain. I joined their membership program which offers 1 massage per month at the rate of $79. I loved that it I didn't use my monthly massage, it would roll over and I could use it for a friend if I liked! I'm excited to come back and finally get to work on treating my body better

Love this place! The vibe is always sooo relaxing. I had Whitney do my deep tissue massage and she was just exceptional. I can't wait to come back and do it all again!

This is my fourth time coming to elements. Today was an absolutely amazing experience .
Luz was my massage therapist and was amazing.
She worked on everything we spoke about prior to my massage .
I normally do a 90 minute unfortunately it wasn't available for today's massage and I wish it was by the time she was done. I was just Jell-O.
I definitely will be returning and making my future appointment with Luz .

It's my husband and my 8 year anniversary so we decided to treat each other to a massage. This was our 2nd time in and it was awesome (again). The front desk is super friendly and the massage therapists are very skilled. We didn't have the same therapists as last time, but they were just as great as the last ones! Their pricing is fair and the place is very clean and nice. We actually decided to join their membership this time and plan to make this our regular date night activity.

My wife who is currently a member here (won't be for much longer) made us a COUPLE's massage appointment (read: ONE -- single -- appointment) and when something came up that prevented us from making the appointment, she cancelled it (well before the appointment). We thought that was that, but it turns out when you make a couple's appointment, it is really TWO separate appointments. Perhaps that is obvious to some people, but it was not obvious to us. Come the day of the appointment, we received notice that they deducted one of my wife's sessions because I did not appear for MY couple's massage. We tried to explain to the person on the phone and she said the manager would get in touch but she was going to deduct the session in the mean time.

Finally, the manager got in touch and for a SECOND time I tried to explain how this was a mistake that is very easy to make. She argued it **is** intuitive, then began listing how the business side of things work to explain why it is so intuitive as if I knew the ins and outs of running this business. Well, she sure showed us. I pointed out that my wife has been a good member for the past 6 months, that this was upsetting enough to potentially lose her as a customer and that this was not a good customer experience. She did not seem to care. Even after pointing out how this seemed shortsighted from a managerial and customer experience, she still did not care.

We will not be coming back here ever again and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I'm giving this establishment 5 stars due to Leslie. And of course the rest of the staff is amazing. Let me tell you , I'm VERY picky with massages. I've been to all the top places through LA and Ventura county. Leslie is pretty much the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So, my wife had a bad interaction with a receptionist and put a one star review. I was contacted by Sara the manager the next day and set up a meeting for the day after that. After my massage Sara and I spoke, you can tell she's very involved and cares about her clients and staff. This is how businesses should be operating, they genuinely care about their clients.

Love this place. Always friendly always clean. Always there and understanding of my needs.
