Worthless, when I wanted to fill out a rental application and had issues with the document, Karen's response was, "I don't have time to hold your hand through the application process." Well I guess she wasnt too concerned about renting the property. I've dealt with many real estate agents in my time and never have I dealt with someone so rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and use another realtor if you can. She is worthless and un caring as a realtor. Remember Ms. Troop you get what you give...... I sent you the exchange in question via email...

For property management, steer clear. I dealt with Karen directly as a homeowner, renting my mother's home. Karen is a salesperson, not a property management Co. She knows people, she's interested in the Sale, the big money, not the little person who pays the small property management fees. I felt that she should stick with sales as I was not impressed by Karen's ability to handle pressure and my tenant's challenges. I felt that her ego, ability to communicate between myself and the tenants was a problem and that I could not provide objective feedback. My experience was that by providing feedback, I was going to be taught a lesson. I was renting my mother's home, raising money so that she could pay her medical bills. This was a bad experience for me and my mother who was ill desperately needing money to pay her medical bills.
